It's MMAzing Radio - Episode 100

The gang celebrates episode 100 of It's MMAzing Radio. That's right, episode 100. How do they celebrate you ask? Well, Lavender Gooms was MIA and Kid Presentable sounded like he smokes 4 packs a day. On top of all that,  Google Hangouts hates DJ Mark. Anyways, the gang also celebrates this momentous occasion by talking about UFC Fight Night: Hunt v. Nelson. They also talk about their adventure to Fresno for Bellator 125: Manhoef v. Marshall. The gang also discusses the sudden retirement of Wanderlei Silva and preview the epic UFC 178 card. All that, and "Stuff We Like...about doing It's MMAzing Radio."

About that Fight Life #1: Bellator 125

Hey Mama, we made it! Three years, 100 episodes of a podcast, articles on articles, and an unhealthy amount of hours upon hours of watching men and women test their limits through physical violence, the It's MMAzing gang took that giant leap forward and became credentialed media members. Come along and take a peak behind the scenes at this milestone moment for our little blog and podcast where we traveled to the Save Mart Center in Fresno, CA to cover Bellator 125: Marshall vs Manhoef.

Special shout outs to Lauren McLaughlin, Bellator's Public Relations Manager, and Anthony Mazzuca, Director of Communications, for their hospitality and help in making the first event we've covered as a media outlet a great experience.

Bellator 125: Main Card Live Fight Blog

Doctor Law here bringing you live round by round summaries for Bellator 125 tonight live in Fresno, California. The main card kicks off tonight at 6 pm/pst. Just a note from the pre-lim, the young kid Julio Cesar Neves moves to 30-0 after taking apart Poppies Martinez with a vicious series of strikes including a body dropping, spinning back kick. At the tender age of 20 years old, Bellator has a nice young prospect to watch.

Bellator 125: One for the Fans

image via www.bellator.com

On September 19 Bellator is treating the MMA community to one hell of a main event, when Doug ‘The Rhino’ Marshall takes on long time MMA and kickboxing vet Melvin Manhoef. For those that are unaware, both fighters have a fan friendly style of staying in the pocket and hurling vicious hooks, uppercuts and knees with the worst of intentions. While MMA can be a very random sport with surprising outcomes, it’s almost impossible to imagine a fight between these two that doesn’t result in fireworks.

It's MMAzing Radio - Episode 99

The gang gets together after a two week hiatus to talk about Arlovski's big win over Big Foot and Jacare's big win over Mousasi. They also try (and absolutely fail) at making sense of the Bonnar/Ortiz incident. Seriously...what happened there? Two masks? They also talk about TUF 20 and manage to trash the NFL again about the Ray Rice situation. The gang also previews the UFC Fight Night: Hunt v. Nelson card. Finally, another edition of "Stuff We Like." Seriously...two masks? You're better than this Coker.

It's MMAzing Radio - Episode 98

The gang comes together to make sense of the results of the cursed UFC 177: Dillashaw v. Soto (yeah, Soto) card. They also try to figure out the next move for Renan Barao and if he actually has a future at 135 pounds. The gang also discusses Ben Askren and how soon they expect him to be in the UFC. They also talk about this Friday's dueling cards between the UFC and Bellator and make bets regarding how many of the Bellator fights will be boring (Kid Presentable is an optimist). Finally, a very special edition of "Stuff We Like" (everything is awesome).
